I took my VW Golf to Rayners Garage in Newbury with multiple problems. Kevin’s vast experience immediately identified one of the problems which was that unknowingly some petrol had been put into my diesel car. This had been previously missed by another garage. The problem was promptly dealt with, but it was not the only problem. A fault code had also been identified, but the code itself was rather obscure and rectification of the fault was not an easy task. Rayners showed great persistence, patience and professionalism in working to identify and resolve the problem, and get my car back on the road in a no nonsense manner. Nothing was too much trouble. These guys are fantastic. Superb service and reasonable price. My car was in a bit of a mess having sat outside my house having not moved for a couple of years. When Rob returned it to me, it looked as good as the day I bought it and drives like a dream. I won’t be going anywhere else again.

I’ve been genuinely surprised with the standard of workmanship, level of service and feeling of absolute trust working with Rayners. I now service and maintain all 5 of our vehicles with them and every time I use Rayners I feel totally assured that they’re working on my vehicles to a high standard.
