Rayner Bosch Service - Our Facilities

Reception

The main hub of Rayner Bosch Service Facilities is our reception area. At our garage in Newbury we have a bright and airy reception area and comfortable waiting area. We also provide our customers a drinks machine, a TV, a range of magazines and, of course, a customer toilet.

Courtesy Cars

We know there’s nothing more inconvenient than a vehicle breakdown and a lack of transport.

So we also offer our customers a courtesy car and collection service – both by appointment, when you use our garage for any of our services.

Safety measures

Garage workshops are naturally hazardous environments. So we have put in place certain safety protocols to ensure our customers safety when visiting our garage in Newbury. These include:

Restricted areas – customers not to enter the workshop at any time.
Separate, ventilated and airy reception area that’s regularly cleaned and offers hot drinks.
Using gloves when handling vehicles from start to finish, washing hands regularly and have hand sanitiser pumps throughout the workshop to avoid damage to your vehicle and avoid germ transference.
Protecting your vehicle using plastic wrap on all gear sticks and steering wheels, and cleaning these plus car keys before returning.
Safe payments available over the phone to avoid unnecessary contact with moving vehicles.

Here at Rayner Bosch Car Service we have now installed an electric car charging point so your car can charge whilst waiting to be serviced or after.
